  • The date of usage will be imprinted on the back of the ticket when you insert the ticket into the ticket gate for the first time.(Excludes "Same-day Ticket")
  • You will need to pay a separate fee if you use the Kintetsu Line, Keihan Otsu Line, or any separate railway service aside from the Kyoto City Subway.
  • The "Kyoto City Subway 1-Day Pass" is available for purchase at the subway ticket window. Where to Purchase
  • When you go through the ticket gate, please make sure that you insert the "Kyoto City Subway 1-Day Pass" into the machine.

The "Kyoto City Subway 1-Day Pass" is available for purchase at the subway ticket window at each station or Ticket Machine.

Please insert your "Kyoto City Subway 1-Day Pass" into the ticket gate and proceed towards the boarding platforms.

Ticket Gate Notice
  1. ok means that the machine is usable from your side. (ng means that the machine is not usable from your side.
  2. Insert your ticket into the entrance slot located on the front portion of the machine and pass through the gate.
  3. Make sure to recieve your ticket when it comes out from the exit slot as you pass through the gate.
    Please make sure you do not forget to take your ticket.
