BIC Card(ICOCA)- The machine accepts only Japanese yen.
- Credit, debit, and cash cards are not compatible with the machine.
The Machine with ICOCA mark can be purchased ICOCA(IC) Card.- Refunds are not available for money that you have deposited into your IC card.
- Do not use IC card with a sticker. The Ticket Machine and your IC card may be damaged.
- Boarding platform access tickets, round trip tickets, and luggage tickets cannot be purchase from the machine.
- Combined tickets (bus & subway) are available for purchase until 9 pm.

 | If the machine is malfunctioning or you are having difficulties using the machine, press "Call" button. |
AHow to Purchase a Regular Ticket, Etc.
- 1Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
- 2If you want to purchase a combined ticket (bus & subway), discount tickets (pack), or the tickets of other railway companies (such as the Kintetsu Line or the Keihan Otsu Line), press the button respective to your needs.
- 3Press the button equivalent to the required fare.
- 4Insert your cash into the machine.
- 5Take your ticket and your change from the machine.
BHow to Purchase a Prepaid Card
- Prepaid cards can only be purchase one at a time. (1 is not available)
- 2Select the card you wish to purchase (IC Card(ICOCA)) from the screen. (Child tickets are not available.)
- 3Select how much money you wish to deposit into the card.
- 4Insert the necessary amount of cash into the machine.
- 5Retrieve your ticket and your change from the machine.
