Depending on certain conditons at the time, there may be certain times that the service cannot be implemented despite the bus carrying the mark.
1How to Use the Service
- You can get on and off the bus from the doors located at middle (rear) section of the bus (sometimes front doors depending on the bus model).
- The driver will assist you when getting on and off the bus.
- 1Park your wheelchair in the wheelchair space of the bus.
- 2Put the brakes on your wheelchair.
- 3The driver will put a belt strap for safety.
- The bus may stop suddenly depending on the situation. We ask for your cooperation by utilizing the safety belt.
2When the Service Is Un-Available
Depending on certain conditons at the time, there may be certain times that the wheelchair service is not available. We appologize for the trouble that this may cause.
- Sometimes the bus will be over-crowded. In such cases, the service is not possible.
- There may be times when a passenger on a wheelchair is already on the bus. In such cases the service is not possible.
- Due to safety concerns, if the roads and walkway are heavily conjested, the service is not possible.
- Additionally, if the bus driver determines that a wheelchair may not be accomadable at the time, the service is not possible.

- In the case that a passenger on a wheelchair boards the bus, we ask for your patience and cooperation. Thank you.
